    Description

    We are looking for ServiceNow Architect on a permanent/Contract role for Australia. This is a permanent role with a global IT service leader.

    • Expertise in implementing ITSM Suite (Incident, Change, Release, Problem), Service Catalog, Service Portal.
    • Expertise in customizing ServiceNow tool using Business rules, Clients Scripts, Script includes
    • Strong experience in implementing custom dashboards/integrating reporting tools – Tableau, QlikSense
    • Experience in implementing discovery, service mapping suite.
    • Experience in implementing an event management module. Experience in integrating third party applications using REST/SOAP methodologies
    • Experience in designing the solutions for complex requirements spread across multiple modules in ServiceNow
    • Experience with working or developing with JavaScript - HTML5, Jelly, jQuery and AngularJS a plus
