Do work that matters


The Gold Card Services team are a specialist IT Support service providing a high quality IT colleague experience with the drive to go above and beyond to critical users within the Global Markets, Group Treasury sales and trading environments.


Key responsibilities:

  • Provide a single point of contact for 1st and 2nd level support issues to our key stakeholders both onsite and remotely across the groups software and hardware environments, tools and processes
  • Providing training and guidance on how to use the groups technology and software effectively
  • Application user administration
  • Creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Build and maintain relationships with colleagues, service provider groups and vendors
  • Logging of interactions, incidents and fulfilments of Service Requests


  • Project work

  • Hardware refresh, SOE upgrades, relocations

We're interested in hearing from people who possess the following:

  • Experience working in a Trade Floor environment with exposure to:


  • Market Data products

  • Bloomberg, Eikon


  • Treasury systems

  • RITS, Austraclear
  • Exigo
  • Exceptional Windows 10 and Office 2016/O365 knowledge and basic network troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of MS Active Directory and AzureAD
  • Experience with SCCM, remote working technologies, Mobile device support iOS & Android, automation technologies e.g. PowerShell/Batch script.
  • Experience with call management systems
  • ServiceNow
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • A high level of attention to detail, accuracy and ability to work to deadlines in a fastpaced environment
  • Be familiar with service levels, call priorities, call handling and escalation procedures


  • ITIL certification

  • V4 is desirable

Working Hours

  • Support hours 6am 7pm where you'll be require to work a 9 hour shift
  • Occasional weekend work and public holiday cover
