The Opportunity

We're seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to join our team on a 12 month contract supporting and further developing the Intapp suite of products (Intapp Open, Intapp Walls, Intapp Time & Integration Builder) and Aderant Expert as part of an Agile scrum team.

This role will primarily support the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) project team in Australia and the UK until the new AML system goes live, then transition to a broader role within the Financial Systems Technology team supporting all of our financial systems.

You'll be responsible for developing Integrations to other applications using SQL scripting and Rest APIs.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

Having or developing a good understanding of the following Intapp Applications; Open Intake, Open Conflicts, Open Terms, Time, Walls & Integration Builder.Developing and supporting Intapp forms, workflows and integrations

Having or developing a good understanding of Aderant Expert.

Software/Web development and SQL skills

Working with Product Owners and Business Analysts to interpret business needs/requirements to practical solutions.

Taking an active part in sprint planning and improvement activities

Providing prompt 2nd and 3rd line Support to the business and IT on both Aderant Expert and Intapp applications in Dev, Test and Prod.

Release Management: packaging; testing; deployments; Prod implementation prep, run-sheet; cloning; reconciliation; administratio

Environments Management: refreshes; refresh runbooks, development and administration; DB and environments comparisons; Test user accounts admin; Dev, Test & Prod servers patching prep and testing; Expert admin and support; Source control artefacts; Documents update; Citrix checks and admin

Taking an active part in planning and improvement activities (e.g., Automation and scripting of FST processes)

Working with System Architects & BAs to create user stories for application improvements

Collaborating and adding value to the team through participation in code, architecture, and design discussions/reviews

To be successful in this position you will have:

A degree-level computing qualification

Ideally 2+ years' experience of supporting, developing and implementing Intapp Open Intake workflows and integrations

Any legal PMS software experience, particularly Aderant Expert, experience would be an advantage but not essential

Experience working as part of an Agile scrum team.

Desirable Skills: MS SQL; Office; MS Teams; MS Orchestrator and SMA; MS Sharepoint; Azure DevOps; Citrix XenApp; JIRA and Confluence; ServiceNow; PowerShell; Active Directory; CI\CD; Automation
