    Description

    We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce for a permanent opportunity in the FinTech industry. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyse business requirements, identify gaps, and provide solutions in Salesforce and for the broader technology landscape.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions with a focus on Salesforce and other enterprise systems and technologies
    • Collaborate with technical teams to design and develop Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
    • Identify gaps in the existing Salesforce implementation and provide recommendations for improvement.
    • Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation.
    • Provide guidance to other team members and stakeholders.
    • Ensure timely delivery of projects and meet project objectives within budget and timelines.
    • Collaborate with other business analysts, scrum masters, and developers to ensure smooth project delivery.


    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Around 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, ideally with a focus on Salesforce.
    • In-depth knowledge of and its various components, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud mainly.
    • Proven experience in analysing business requirements and developing technical solutions in Salesforce.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience in project management and agile methodologies.
    • Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator, and Certified Salesforce Developer would be an advantage but are not mandatory
