The Role:

We are looking for a passionate Salesforce Delivery Lead to champion the day-to-day functions and deliverables within the Salesforce delivery team.

Assisting the team to facilitate the flow of work in an agile environment. This is from product ideation through to design-build-test-operate for complex customer-focused, business critical processes within the Salesforce platform. You will also be responsible for keeping multiple stakeholders involved and informed.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead delivery teams using Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery practices and methods
Help facilitate interactions within your team, across your tribe and more broadly with other teams.
Remove roadblocks and encourage continuous improvement so that your team can deliver as effectively as possible.
Coach and mentor your team to better versions of themselves
Manage multiple work streams and forge positive relationships with multiple stakeholder groups
Encourage innovation and take managed risks by implementing an incremental approach to delivery

Required Skills:

Salesforce Business Analyst experience
Experience with the delivery of Salesforce projects
Significant people and team management experience
Strong communication and leadership capabilities with the ability to influence the team towards an united vision and goal
