Description

• Observe and encourage quality management best practices, knowledge and approach
• Work on all aspects of testing including; unit, system, performance, integration, security, functional and regression testing
• Develop and maintain test plans for IT projects
• Create and maintain test suites, cases and scripts
• Coordinate testing with analysts and SME's
• Prepare and execute automated and manual test scripts
• Detect, log and track defects
• Highlight risks and assumptions identified during test planning and executions

• Relevant tertiary qualification in IT or related discipline
• Relevant industry experience in IT technical and automation testing
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and QA standards
• Working knowledge of product and test management software
• Experience with the following systems: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo.

• Sydney, NSW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
