    Description
    :

    • Responsible for on time completion of Quality Records including but not limited to Deviations, CAPA and Change Controls.

    • Responsible for on time completion of raw material and consumable packages.

    • Assists Operational staff with closing out Quality records.

    • Assists Operational Document Owners in progressing and updating documents.

    • Supporting the implementation of new equipment to site.

    • Support Manufacturing with Training and Awareness.

    • Responsible for maintaining Key Performance Indictor (KPIs) trackers and reporting on the metrics.

    • Support Manufacturing with ongoing Operational Initiative's/Projects.

    • Facilitate OE initiatives within Operations.

    • Support Audits (Regulatory/Client/Internal) within Operations.

    • Responsible for facilitating Person in Plant (PIP) visits.

    • Carry out additional tasks as designated by Line Manager.

    Acts as a point of contact between Operations and other departments.

    Must have a quality mind set and ensure a high level of quality compliance is maintained in Operations.
