Initial 6 months with view to perm
This role is perfect for those wanting to transfer their career into an office environment from either hospitality, retail or childcare - all you need is the right attitude, the ability to pick up systems and processes and great customer service.
Your high attention to detail, time management and excellent communication skills will help you become a successful team member as is your desire to learn
This role is fast paced, interesting and a business where there is always something to learn or do so you'll never be bored.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Report and record job details using multiple in-house systems and client portals (must be IT savvy)
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers in relation to their claims
- Schedule jobs/emergency repairs
- Invoicing
- Ad hoc clerical duties
- Great customer service experience and a desire to help people this is the perfect opportunity to use your transferable skills from retail, hospitality, child care or similar to take that step into an office environment
- Strong attention to detail and take pride in your work
- Great communication skills
- Attitude is everything for this business the desire to assist other team members when required
- General knowledge of MSOffice and ability to pick up new computer systems
