To add variety to your role, twice a year you will have the opportunity to attend a Trade Show based in Melbourne.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Liaise with customer in relation to their orders, or special offers that are available
- Problem solve in relation to orders/deliveries for customers
- Provide customers with product information or answer general questions
- Log all customer interactions within database including scheduling future contact points with customers
- Invoicing
- Attend interstate trade fairs twice a year (Melbourne based) assist with set up and running at the show
- Assist with research of new and prospective customers
- Ad hoc admin duties
