    • Senior Management Accountant

    Lawson Elliott are seeking a Senior Management Accountant role where you'll provide team leadership and ensure business plans are met and talent within the team is developed and recognised.

    We are seeking candidates to have the following skills and experience:

    • Work with the Financial Controller and other senior management to develop the Revenue and Collections team ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, revenue reconciliation.
    • Repairs and Maintenance analysis and operational support
    • Support AR and AP processing functions
    • Assist the Financial Controller with leading and coordinating the annual budget and quarterly reforecast process to ensure timely and accurate completion
    • Delivery of team objectives serve business requirements.
    • Provide team leadership, and in collaboration with the Financial Controller.
    • Set clear expectations through performance planning and establishing performance and development plans to ensure business plans are met and talent within the team is recognised and developed.
    • Provide professional expertise and commercial judgement.
    • Manage and lead the debt collection function of the business ensuring regular debtor review, collection, new debtor account opening.

    To be considered for this exciting opportunity we are looking for applicants with their CA/CPA and experience working as a management accountant is desirable.
