Key Responsibilities

This is how you bring your role to life:
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of assigned account/portfolio plans, including developing and leading the account strategy in order to support the retention and growth of customer portfolios.
  • Take accountability for managing customer relationships, responding to queries and complaints, escalating issues and risks to more experience team members as required, to ensure timely resolution and mediation.
  • Authentically collaborate with peers, team members and key stakeholders across Telstra (e.g. Business Development Managers) to identify and qualify leads in order to effectively manage the opportunity pipeline for a defined portfolio.
  • Support the development of regular reporting to monitor portfolio performance against defined financial and customer targets (revenue, profitability, NPS).
Actively contribute to customer initiatives (e.g. account planning sessions, campaign designs) that support the achievement of strategic business opportunities at Telstra and that have a significant degree of impact on portfolio retention and growth.
