We operate a multi-million dollar fleet of specialised underground mining equipment across multiple continents and conditions.

The Position:

We are actively seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our Corporate office located at Perth Airport.

Responsibilities/Duties:

Data entry of new employees, leave salary sacrifice and other payroll transactions
Maintaining employee records
Performing data and information checks for compliance
Electronic Filing of employee records
Processing of third party payments
Providing administrative assistance to the payroll department as required
Responding to employee enquiries in a timely manner
Preparing and issuing earnings statements

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 1 year of prior experience in a similar role
Must have experience with Microsoft Excel and understand basic formulas
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Sound verbal and written communication skills
An appreciation of privacy, confidentiality, and compliance with laws, regulations, and standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The successful candidates will be required to meet our pre-employment criteria including drug and alcohol screening prior to an Offer of Employment being made.
