Are you an enthusiastic and proactive Payroll person with a can-do attitude? If so we would love to hear from you We have a great opportunity for you to join a successful, large, supportive team within the Finance Support Services team within ABN Group Pty Ltd.
A key objective of this role is to ensure accurate and efficient data entry and maintenance of employee records as well as supporting processing activities in accordance with our service level agreements and to our customers' requirements.
The role will include but is not limited to:
- Payroll data entry of employee records and maintenance thereof
- Support Payroll Officers in processing of some key payroll activities
- Coding, maintenance, adjustments of data/payroll files to facilitate processing
- Production and review of Payroll/EOM reports ensuring checks and balances done
- Assist with year end audit and EOM requirements as necessary
- Accurately maintain payroll data, records and reports
- Delivering exceptional customer service to our internal and external stakeholders
- Additional duties as required to support department strategy and objectives
Skills and experience prerequisites
- High volume data entry and accurate maintenance of records
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, changing and flexible environment
- Ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders with ease and positivity
- Microsoft Excel experience (intermediate)
- Chris 21 System (desirable)
- Ability to work within a large team
- Strong customer focus excellent communicator, written, verbal and interpersonal
- Ability to prioritise own workload and demonstrate excellent time management skills
- Construction industry experience desirable
