BH153290Are you a highly motivated and detailoriented HR/ Payroll officer? Look no further.

We are currently seeking a HR/ Payroll officer for our client who are a dynamic and rapidly growing company on a

permanent part time basis.
As a Payroll Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. You will be responsible for maintaining payroll records, processing payroll, and resolving any payroll-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Endtoend payroll functions on a weekly basis for all pay cycles
Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data in the HR system
Process and manage payroll for employees on a weekly and fortnightly basis
Month end reporting and STP reconciliations
Lodgement and payment of PAYG and other payroll deductions, Superannuation
Workers Compensation administration, including RTW Agreements and annual Policy renewals
Issue Contract and onboarding documentation for new starters
Work with Managers on contract amendments, updates of status
Assist Managers on staff recruitment advertising, shortlisting, interviewing to offer of employment
Assist with annual performance and salary reviews

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field preferred
Proven experience in payroll processing and administration
Strong knowledge of Modern awards
Familiarity with payroll tax regulations and compliance
