About the Role

An opportunity exists to join our ANZ Human Resources team based in our Philmac business, Adelaide. This role is a key member of the Philmac Leadership team and reports into the Philmac Executive General Manager and Aliaxis APAC General Manager Human Resources.

About You

An experienced business partner and coach to Executive teams and business, maximizing organizational effectiveness, driving culture & engagement, be a change leader and provide SME on HR strategy & programs.
Ability to drive organisational HR strategy aligned with business strategy, able to operate both operationally and strategically and comfortable working in a matrix environment
Experienced with HRIS systems, ideally Workday
Ability to collaborate and communicate with a variety of key stakeholders, and experience working with multi-location teams including Regional & Global HR teams.
