This well-known family-owned APAC organisation focuses on creating value through a wide range of important services to the community. They are an industry leader across their multiple service lines. This role is based at Sydney CBD.

In this hands-on Human Resources Manager role, you will have responsibility for partnering with the senior leadership teams to deliver HR services to a diverse client group circa 900 employees.

You will work collaboratively with the specialist teams in Workplace Relations, HR Shared Services and Organisational Development.

To take up this challenge you will have experience working in an operational/services focused industry with a large and complex client group.

You will be a credible HR generalist at HRBP/HRM level with the ability to drive buy in from the leadership teams.
