As a leader in the industry & six sites across Australia, you'll be supporting an established HR team across the entire HR function and be given extensive training, with the opportunity to develop your HR toolkit.

Reporting into an experienced, down to Earth HR Director, this is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Administrator/ Coordinator, looking to work across recruitment, HR, and other HR functions, gaining hands on experience within both White
- & Blue-collar environments.


About the Role:

You will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for:

  • Owning the onboarding/induction process for new hires.
  • Maintaining and updating employee records/data as well as conducting HR reporting.
  • Ensuring the smooth daytoday operations of the Human Resources department.
  • Responding to HR enquiries & managing a HR inbox.
  • Assisting the HR team with broader HR projects.

About You:

***To be successful in this role you will bring:
  • Ideally 1-2 years' experience in a HR Admin or Coordinator position.
  • Strong drive, motivation, & ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • A proactive and energetic style with outstanding communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills & skills across the Microsoft suite.
