    Australian builder, with a highly experienced team developing and delivering some of the most sought-after residential buildings in the state.

    From humble beginnings, the business have an enviable portfolio of projects across Brisbane/Gold Coast ranging from $20m to $70M.

    Having built a reputation for excellence, they focus on bespoke and high-end construction in premier locations across South East Queensland.

    This is an exciting time to join at the start of a new, major project. From a longer-term perspective, they have an extremely strong order book locally in Brisbane/Gold Coast throughout 2024 and beyond. Plus, a structured career plan in place for all employees.

    The role – Experienced Contracts Administrator
    We are looking for an experienced CA to lead an upcoming $60M apartment build that starts construction in August. We are looking for the CA to join the team as soon as possible to lead the procurement phase. The project is based in Yeronga.

    What we are looking for

    • Previous experience with a Tier 2/Tier 1 builder
    • Around 6-10 years plus experience as a Contracts Administrator
    • Stability with previous employers
    • Previous apartment experience would be beneficial, but not a necessity
