The Company
Our client is a large, diversified FMCG business with an inimitable reputation across Australia. They are a dominant food leader that fosters and facilitates a high performance culture. They are seeking an Accounts Payable Officer in a temporary capacity for a 2-3 month timeframe.

The Role
Reporting to the National Credit Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

The expedient processing of all invoices in a timely and accurate fashion
End to end processing
Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Manage the Accounts Payable Inbox and all queries
Processing new supplier requests
Assisting with general ledger reconciliations
Assisting in month end reporting and reconciliation of the accounts payables systems
Welldeveloped communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational, planning and timemanagement skills
Ability to multitask and be accurate with detail
High level computer/data processing aptitude
Attention to detail
End to end Accounts Payable experience
M3 experience ideal, not essential
