About the role

Responsibilities
In this role, you will report directly to the Customer Service Manager. Your main duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

  • Schedule repairs and focus on warranty claims
  • Coordinate with internal functions such as Production and Despatch, to maintaining response times
  • Ensure compliance with internal company protocols relating to repair, replacement or other outcomes which foster a positive customer experiences
  • Schedule customer visitation and related activities
  • Maintain relevant customer service records using Excel, Outlook and other methods and generate reports of customer service activities and status
  • Other ad hoc duties as per directed

Skills & Experience
You will come from a role where you have recently displayed high levels of Customer Service. This can be from the retail space or within a professional office setting. You will be a great communicator and understand the importance of strong service.

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient use of the MS Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel)
  • Have past experience of Customer Service 23 years
  • High energy and enthusiasm to learn
  • Want to contribute to positive team culture
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Be able to negotiate and work with others
