About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Engaging with customers via telephone to address their concerns
- Providing solutions for straightforward issues
- Generating a ticket in FreshDesk to facilitate communication between the technical team and the customer for resolution
- Coordinating efforts between the technical and customer service teams

Requirements:
- Must have the right to work in Australia
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be professional and keen to deliver
- Ideally you will have experience in a customer service pisiton but this is not essential
