  • Highly competitive salary
    • One of Australia's most iconic and integral companies is looking to bring on 2 Technical Account Managers to work between their technical teams and external customers .

    In this role, you will be the primary point of contact helping to resolve technical issues for your clients . You will act as an escalation point for technical issues liaising with your technical teams and managing customer expectations .

    Aside from this you will also be involved in:
  • Building customer relationships with face to face meetings
  • Managing client expectations and requirements
  • Working to resolve technical issues
  • Supporting change management on projects
  • Take part in initiatives to grow client satisfaction
    • In this role you will not be the person to resolve technical issues. Rather you will be the go to person ensuring technical staff resolve the issues while you advocate for your clients.

    To be considered for this role your experience will include:
  • 3 years + account management or customer relations experience
  • IT Technical Background (Networking)
  • Trading/Financial domain experience
  • Track record of relationship / client building
  • Incident management experience
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
    • On offer to the successful candidates will be a role that will allow you to combine your account management skills and technical knowledge. Salaries on offer will be commensurate to your experience and abilities.
