    The Role

    This company is looking for a great Account Manager to come on board who will be responsible for driving relationships and building new accounts, for driving specification and promoting Their Products and Services to key accounts predominately within the Architectural and Design community within Sydney market

    The Successful Applicant

    • A proven sales track record in driving revenue, pipeline management and meeting sales targets (5+ years)
    • Strong understanding of end-to-end sales process within the A&D channel
    • Demonstrated experience in identifying new business opportunities, and growing and maintaining long-term business relationships, with a result-orientated focus
    • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with the wider organisation
    • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
    • Attention to detail across product, technical and design information
    • A strong work ethic and be self-motivated

    Responsibilities

    • Provide complete solutions for every customer to grow revenue and profitability
    • Responsible for achieving an individual sales target and actively contributing to overall team targets
    • Pro-actively generate project opportunities in line with pipeline specification targets
    • Required to understand design documentation while providing solution-based selling with product and technical information
    • Maintain and develop strong relationships with key accounts at all levels

    Paying a $110k Base + Super + $15k car + uncapped commissions ($OTE - $160k)
