With the Australian operation expanding & due to a recent restructure, they are looking for a HR Coordinator to assist the HR Manager and the ANZ business.

Based in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs, this is a great opportunity for a HR professional looking to join a large and growing international FMCG organisation.

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the HR Manager will lead the HR function with responsibilities which include:

Maintaining the data base including conducting periodic analysis and reporting
Updating company policies and procedures in accordance with current legislation and company guidelines
Coordinating endtoend recruitment and selection activities
Assisting with the onboarding/induction process
Assisting with the execution of the employee engagement program and other HR initiatives
Planning and executing HR events; workplace celebrations/functions, training programs, workshops etc.
Assisting with the management of training records and execution of various training programs as required.
Address or escalate all HR queries in a timely manner
Assist with OH&S Management; work health safety policy & procedure, workers compensation claims, workplace injury management and return to work processes
Actively participate and assist with any global HR projects

Your Ideal Experience:

HR tertiary qualifications or studying towards
Knowledge of ER/IR and OHS.
Experience in Fair Work legislation and Award interpretation
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
