This iconic brand is constantly at the front of their field and has been experiencing significant growth with the launch of a new range of products.
With offices in the Wantirna area this is a fantastic role for a hands on and process orientated Customer Care Representative.
The Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role will see you looking after:
- Primary point of contact for customers
- both internal and external
- Day to day management of orders and taking ownership of related logistics requirements
- Processing queries, returns and order status through CRM
- Trouble shooting product issues
- Proactive calls to consumers to follow up on order satisfaction, assess and improve their user experience and upsell products.
- Working with the sales team, warehouse and transport providers to ensure all orders are delivered on time and meet expectations
- Handle stock availability and pricing enquirers as required.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working within the consumer goods/logistics/distribution sector preferred
- Previous order processing & problemsolving experience
- Experiencing handling a high volume of enquiries
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- The ability to multitask and prioritise
- Team player who is committed to their customer service career
