A rare opportunity has become available to join a global FMCG market leader.

This iconic brand is constantly at the front of their field and has been experiencing significant growth with the launch of a new range of products.

With offices in the Wantirna area this is a fantastic role for a hands on and process orientated Customer Care Representative.


The Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role will see you looking after:

  • Primary point of contact for customers
  • both internal and external
  • Day to day management of orders and taking ownership of related logistics requirements
  • Processing queries, returns and order status through CRM
  • Trouble shooting product issues
  • Proactive calls to consumers to follow up on order satisfaction, assess and improve their user experience and upsell products.
  • Working with the sales team, warehouse and transport providers to ensure all orders are delivered on time and meet expectations
  • Handle stock availability and pricing enquirers as required.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working within the consumer goods/logistics/distribution sector preferred
  • Previous order processing & problemsolving experience
  • Experiencing handling a high volume of enquiries
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Team player who is committed to their customer service career
