    Key Responsibilities:


    • Assist with HACCP and GMP Audits
    • Training staff in QA and Hygiene processes and policies
    • Inspect raw materials
    • Raising non-conformances and carry out investigations
    • Maintain and update policies and procedures
    • Online factory checks
    • Equipment calibration and record keeping
    • Pre and Post GMP production checks
    • Ensure GMP and HACCP compliance
    • Assist on projects as directed by Quality Manager
    Essential Criteria:


    • Appropriate tertiary qualifications
    • At least 3 years of experience working in a Quality role
    • FMCG industry experience
    • Excellent working knowledge and understanding of HACCP and GMP
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Well developed administration and database skills
    • Proactive, team player, can demonstrate initiative
