Our Role
We are currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Officer to be based at any of our operational locations.

Reporting directly to the Global Lead, Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for coordinating all activities associated with the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System including procedures and document creation/revision, internal quality audit, and management of customer concerns and corresponding corrective/preventive actions.


you will:

  • Assume the role of Administrator of the Enterprise Quality Management Software
  • Promote the Quality Policy and measure quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
  • Conduct investigations / internal audits and root cause analyses of Quality incidents and ensure appropriate corrective/preventive actions are taken. Lead a team of quality auditors (internal or external), when needed.
  • Prepare reports and maintain documentation of audit results and review at periodic intervals to track the progress after the audit.
  • Assist in the implementation of new Quality Tools
  • Track monthly metrics generated from the Quality Management System and metrics collated from the different QA/QC teams, including Customer Feedback, Non-Conformance metrics, audit metrics, etc.
  • Monitor and advise on the performance /effectiveness of the Quality Management System and produce data and report on performance, measuring against set indicators.
As the successful applicant, you will need to possess:

  • A College or University degree in a Science or related program.
  • Good knowledge of continuous improvement and Quality Management Systems and Internal Audit in a manufacturing environment with around 4 years experience minimum in the related field.
  • Proven teambuilding and leadership skills and able to work with operations, technical, sales and management staff.
  • Willing to travel and work in plant environment.
  • Excellent organization and planning skills, and attention to detail; must be able to manage multiple tasks with the ability to work independently and to meet deadlines.
