- Lead the shift to ensure team members are providing a high level of guest experience
- Assist with Training & Development and Recruitment activities
- Responding to any escalated matters to achieve a positive outcome
- Support the teams professional development to maintain high standards of service
- Extensive experience in Gaming or Guest Service environment
- Previous leadership or management experience
- Passion to grow your career at The Star
- In depth knowledge of a 24/7 entertainment/hospitality industry
- Experience building positive working relationships between departments and within the team
- Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster or permanent overnight shift (10:00pm to 6:30am)
