  • Base salary $69,239 + super


Sydney Olympic Park Authority are responsible for the day-to-day management of all public places, 430 hectares of parklands and 7 sporting venues.

This includes the management of buildings, facilities and landscape assets, delivery of programs and events, enhancing your experience, provision of sports and leisure facilities, conservation of water, energy and resources, protection of ecosystems, environment and heritage as well as the coordination of the precinct on a daily basis.


About the role
c for a temporary basis up until December 31st 2023 with potential to extend.


The role's primary focus will be supervision of operations and marketing of membership and health and fitness programs that will maximus retention and uptake of memberships, optimising the use of the facility and support revenue initiatives.


About You


Customer Service is paramount to our everyday operations, and you will be the first point of contact for customers entering the centre or requiring information over the phone, including active sales and retention of memberships.

You will also keep up to date records and complete data entry and filing tasks.

We are looking for motivated self-starters that put customer service at the forefront of everything they do. If you have experience in and a passion for Customer Service, we want to hear from you
