Reservations Services Supervisor - Hospitality


Our hospitality, central Sydney based client are looking for a Reservations Services Supervisor to join them to work various sift patterns for a 7 day a week, 9am-10pm contact center operation, to supervise teams of 10.


  • Supervise Reservations Service Agents. Including but not limited to 80% of
team members' calls answered in 20 seconds, call capture ratio, quality

assurance, conversion and revenue booked sourced from phone calls and

  • Coordinate resources to ensure optimal reservations service delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality and consistency of service and product
delivery to continuously exceed service standards, ensuring alignment with the

overall strategic and operating plans for the business.
