Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daytoday operations of the office in a timely and efficient manager.
- Help update and streamline systems such as Share point and Microsoft 36
- Look after the HR of the practice and ensure all employees personal documents are update, as well as workplace polices.
- Consistently check office stock and supplies and ensure facilities are presentable to external clients.
Skills and Experience
- 3 + years in similar role within the design or construction industry.
- Have exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Happy to support in a versatile and diverse role.
