About this role:


This boutique architecture practice operates in both Sydney and Melbourne and has built a solid reputation within the healthcare and education sector.

They are looking for an experienced operations coordinator to support with the overarching administration duties, which will involve:
systems management (SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Teams), HR, office management and supplies and client liaison. This all-encompassing role with


You will be joining a cohesive and supportive team, whilst also being given the autonomy to work independently, and have the freedom to utilise your skills.

With regular team social events, this office has a great culture.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the daytoday operations of the office in a timely and efficient manager.
  • Help update and streamline systems such as Share point and Microsoft 36
  • Look after the HR of the practice and ensure all employees personal documents are update, as well as workplace polices.
  • Consistently check office stock and supplies and ensure facilities are presentable to external clients.

Skills and Experience

  • 3 + years in similar role within the design or construction industry.
  • Have exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Happy to support in a versatile and diverse role.
