    Territory Manager | Woundcare | VIC West or South East

With an innovative and technologically advanced product portfolio of devices and consumables they remain year on year exceeding expectation across the country and the globe. This organisation is continuing to drive success within hospitals - and their portfolio advances constantly whilst remaining a staple in the wound care market. They have a dynamic team full of both sales and clinical staff that all work collaboratively with key stakeholders within the market.Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. A leader who is truly invested in developing their team and seeing them thrive. Your key responsibilities will include:

    • engaging with healthcare customers and ensuring confidence in these products and ensuring their use across your territory.
    • a strong clinical aptitude and business acumen
    • Supporting customers and seeing your products best utilised within your key accounts
    • analysing and interpreting data to identify growth opportunities and convert business

    The successful candidate will have:

    • a proven track record as a key account manager in medical device/consumables or pharmaceuticals; experience using clinical papers will be highly regarded
    • excellent relationship building skills
    • a strong clinical aptitude and business acumen
    • a passion for winning, a positive attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset
    • chronic wound care and its management is advantageous
