About the opportunity

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be accountable for public & private hospital accounts across your defined territory in South Sydney.

You will play a crucial role servicing clinicians and achieving sales targets with this leading wound care & surgical consumables portfolio.

There is also flexbility to branch out into the Community channel in order to expand acount numbers and drive sales results.


Responsibilities

  • Promote impressive product portfolio
  • Develop & maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Actively seek out new business opportunities
  • Initiate new habits/protocols & practises with customers
  • Provide infield training as & when needed
  • Manage territory budgets & plan effective cycles to achieve sales budgets
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and keep up to date with competitor products

Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record of Hospital Devices sales experience
  • Wound care/surgical consumables experience advantageous
  • Clinical background adv.
  • Strong experience networking within the hospital setting
  • Have experience & comfortable working closely with surgeons
  • Commercially focused & results focused
  • Proven ability to challenge customers status quo
  • Passionate about driving business & achieving best clinical outcomes for the end user
