Job Summary


You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and expanding relationships within the Architectural Hardware industry across the NSW Metro region.


About the role:


As a Territory Manager for Lincoln Sentry, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and expanding relationships with prospective and established customers within the Architectural Hardware industry across the NSW Metro region.


Responsibilities

  • Implementation and execution of sales activities and plans;
  • Meet budget and KPI objectives across revenue, gross margin, product & service mix;
  • Management of customers loyalty programs; uptake of online ordering system;
  • Reporting sales & budget performances and market, competitor & trend analysis.

Skills & Experience

  • Industry experience preferable but not essential (Glazing, Security, Door Window Hardware Market)
  • Experience managing a regional territory
  • Strong account management skills and the capability to form relationships with stakeholders;
  • Ability to work autonomously and proven experience meeting sales targets;
  • Availability to travel into Sydney and the NSW Metro region on a regular basis;
  • Drivers license required
