Permanent full-time

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus weekends as required.

As a result of business growth, we are currently seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join our team.

About the role


Reporting to the General Manager - Sales the role requires an enthusiastic, highly organised, self-motivated and customer focused individual with exceptional communication skills, able to coordinate the implementation of a company's strategic sales and marketing plans in the assigned territory to achieve budgeted sales targets.


Responsibilities:

Develop territory business plans that will grow the business.

Developing and maintaining customer relationships.

Providing sales and product training to customers and consumers.

Developing sales and business development strategies.

Monitoring and analysing market trends to identify new opportunities.

Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities.

Preparing and presenting reports to the sales team and leadership.

Recommending improvements to sales processes and strategies.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following attributes:
Proven ability to achieve sales budgets and meet KPI's.

Understanding and empathy with the equine industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organisational skills.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent analytical skills.

Strong time management skills.

Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office & CRM.

Tertiary qualifications well regarded.
