- Improves customer service quality results by implementing updates to processes
- Implements efficient follow up procedures for low and medium value proposals
- Manages warranty performance – drive organizations efforts to reduce warranty
- Ensures forecasting of revenue
- Provides staff with specialist advice, knowledge sharing and coaching to enable staff to meet set expectations, and follows up on a regular basis to ensure technical delivery

Job Scope:
Manages the PCV sales and customer service support team with project management & regional procurement. Implements set out strategies making the department or team able to delivers sales and customer support as well as order fulfillment to increase customer satisfaction and build long term profitable relationships
What you will do:
Provides aftermarket customer and sales support by determining customer requirements (parts interpretation), managing the customer sales order life cycle (order entry to despatch), and ensuring enquiries and problems are resolved to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction
