- Minimum 3 years' experience as a trade-based Supervisor
- Australian recognised Trades qualification - Mechanical Fitter or Boilermaker
- Maintenance and shut down experience preferred
- Experience in effective planning, scheduling, management of personnel, resources and equipment to meet project requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proven track record in effective health and safety management on site

We are currently seeking an experienced SMP Supervisor for ongoing works based out of Port Campbell, VIC.The role of Supervisor will see you working across an ongoing project where you will carry out a wide range of tasks from planning, coordinating and supervising daily activities of work crews ensuring compliance with internal, client and legislative HSE requirements through to ensuring that the quality, production and environmental requirements of the project are met.
