To support our continual growth, we are searching for a Human Resources Manager to join our Corporate team. This full-time position will be a Monday to Friday role.

MINPROVISE is a total solutions provider offering specialist services and products supporting the mining, oil & gas, infrastructure & construction industries.

This includes the supply of onsite maintenance & repairs, shutdowns, project services, access services, fabrication, offsite repairs, remedial services and mineral processing equipment & products.

About the opportunity

Demonstrating a good understanding of Industrial Relations, along with Employee Relations
Updating policies and procedures, in line with company requirements and legal obligations
Undertaking executive reporting
Providing knowledge around remuneration and benefits for employees
Lead a small and versatile team, consisting of payroll, recruitment and human resources

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

5+ years' experience in HR, with a strong background as a Senior HR Advisor or a HR Business Partner
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
Demonstrated experience working in a heavy industry environment is preferred
