    Relationship Director - Commercial

    Our client is seeking a seasoned Relationship Director with a proven track record in the commercial space, specialising in cashflow lending across various industries.

    This role offers an exciting opportunity to originate transactions and bring in new business within the diversified commercial space. The successful candidate will be part of a non-traditional domestic bank that fosters success and innovation.

    What you'll do:

    As a Relationship Director, you will play a pivotal role in originating transactions and bringing in new business within the diversified commercial space.

    You will utilise your strong networks and exceptional Business Development Management skills to drive success and demonstrate high performance. Your ability to lead and mentor team members will contribute to a collaborative work environment, fostering growth and innovation.

    Originate transactions within the diversified commercial space ranging from 1-50M
    Bring in new business through strategic planning and execution
    Maintain strong networks within the industry to facilitate business growth
    Demonstrate high performance in all aspects of the role
    Utilise good Business Development Management skills to drive success
    Lead and mentor team members to foster a collaborative work environment
