The Role


The Wholesale Sales Coordinator is a role within the Sales Team which assists in the overall sales of the business working with Boutique to Mid-tier accounts selling the ranges directly.

Responsible for the relationship management as well as all day to day in managing these accounts. The Wholesale Account Manager reports directly to the Sales and Brand Director for supervision and management.


Responsibilities

  • Establish, Manage and Drive a sales plan to meet set targets through monthly forecasting presented to the Sales & Brand Director with a focus on maximising sellthrough, minimising stock on hand, efficiently collating orders across accounts and accurately processing orders from placement to closure.
  • Drive sales relationships through data, leverage and communicate using data to improve core KPI's with the goal of revenue. Maintain strong relationships with existing Boutique and Midtier wholesale accounts to achieve consistent sales via repeats and recuts with a view to longterm, profitable and mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Prepare sales plans, reports and forecasts and ensure they are presented in a timely manner to the Sales & Brand Director. Accurately collect, analyse and report sales performance and inventory data to the Sales and Brand Director both weekly and monthly.
  • Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business. Research, identify and acquire new wholesale accounts with the goal of completing sales and establishing regular accounts.
  • Set priorities and plans to achieve the overall sales strategy, goals and targets.
  • Access, optimize and develop capability and resources. Balance capabilities to achieve the business strategy.
  • Create and develop own initiatives for growth and innovation. Ensure collaboration with Sales & Brand Director to ensure a clear pathway
