    What you'll do:
    As a Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our client's business.
    You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, from budgeting and forecasting to financial reporting.

    Your expertise will be crucial in developing and maintaining internal controls that safeguard company assets while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

    By analysing complex financial data, you will provide strategic recommendations that drive business growth.
    Your role will also involve managing the month-end and year-end close process, preparing financial statements and conducting variance analysis.
    Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
    Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations
    Analyse financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
    Manage the month-end and year-end close process, including preparation of financial statements and variance analysisWhat you bring:
    The ideal candidate for the Financial Controller position brings a wealth of experience in finance.
    You hold a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
    A CPA or CMA certification would be advantageous.

    With over five years' experience in financial planning and analysis under your belt, you are adept at interpreting complex financial data.

    Your proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting and budgeting sets you apart from others.
    You have excellent communication skills which enable you to effectively share your strategic recommendations with senior management.
    Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred
    5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
    Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    AUD95,000 - AUD120,000 per annum + + Super
