You will be the Financial Control Manager who will lead a large team to ensure services are delivered to internal and external clients to a best-in-industry standard, through developing innovative new process approaches.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Lead and oversee the daytoday operations of one of their divisions, providing strategic guidance and direction.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to introduce innovative process approaches, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Champion proactive risk management practices, safeguarding the interests of the organization and clients alike.
  • Manage a sizable team, including specialized functions, requiring your seasoned leadership and expertise.
  • Develop deep expertise across their business units to align operational teams and processes, ensuring seamless delivery of an enhanced platform.
Who Are You?

  • Proven experience in leading and coaching large teams to execute strategy
  • At least 5 years experience in Operations combined with a related tertiary qualification
  • A CPAqualified professional would be highly regarded
  • Experience in the Wealth Advice/ Wealth Operations industry
What Will You Bring?

  • Strong ability to influence and present to senior stakeholders at the highest level
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and manage conflicting priorities
  • Experience in ensuring your team's delivery of services to clients against an agreed set of service standards
