    Description

    ResponsibilitiesLiaise with clients on project feasibility and project delivery methodologies. Develop a detailed brief in conjunction with the client at project inception stage.Tender, procure and manage suitable consultants to undertake any necessary works, including project documentation, drawings, and specifications.Organise design coordination and project control meetings to ensure accurate and timely progress of project activities.Oversee the construction team during construction stage to ensure progress meets the design intent, project plan, and client expectations.Keep project stakeholders well informed of all significant developments, changes, achievements and milestones throughout the project.Provide support, advice and assistance to the construction team on issues relating to the design and construction interface.

    Responsibilities
