We're searching for an experienced Property Manager to join us on our mission to be the trades most valued partner.

About the role

Our Property Managers are responsible for proactively managing a portfolio of Reece Group sites, delivering high quality outcomes for rent reviews, lease extensions and supporting the administrative tasks that underpin our strategy to have properties in key locations, supporting our 2030 vision. You'll be managing a large property portfolio in this role, working from our Head Office in Cremorne (with hybrid working in place).

About you

This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience working in property management/commercial leasing – commercial real estate or extensive retail experience. The role requires an understanding of legal terminology of leasing, along with the confidence to negotiate with landlords and agents as needed. Experience preparing budgets and managing forecasting is a must. We're looking for someone with great customer service skills and excellent attention to detail.
