    IT Coordinator with Risk Management experience

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate project activities, including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress, to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
    • Identify and assess potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
    • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
    • Facilitate communication and ensure alignment among team members, contractors, and vendors.
    • Monitor project timelines and resource allocation, proactively identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to update stakeholders on project status and risk assessment.
    • Continuously improve project management processes and implement best practices.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., project management, business administration).
    • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, ideally in a fast-paced and complex environment.
    • Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
    • Strong knowledge of risk management techniques and the ability to apply them effectively.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
