    Who we're looking for:

    During a dynamic phase of growth and technology-led business transformation, Eclipx's FleetPlus team are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our expert Novated Sales Team.

    This position requires strong sales, revenue management, problem-solving skills, attention to detail and analysing trends and results in order to project expected sales volume, whilst employing market leading initiatives to ensure targets are achieved.

    You will be part of a high performing leadership team, looking after a team of Novated Sales Consultants who are the first point of contact on the phone for customers with a novated lease need.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Creating a high-performing culture that supports learning, personal development and growth.
    • Selling Novated leases and aftermarket options through a variety of lead sources
    • Keeping accurate records of sales activities within the CRM and reporting all revenue within required timeframes
    • Building a team with strong sales skills and disciplines, through a focus on understanding customer needs, communicating a consistent value proposition, regular customer engagement and disciplined follow-through
    • Identifying sales opportunities from the existing client's database
    • Attending relevant product and skill courses and passing on relevant points to other Consultants.
    • Meet individual monthly sales budgets
    • Develop strong product and process knowledge, and have an ability to identify and close knowledge gaps in the team
    • Facilitating end to end customer service from initial enquiry to customer taking delivery of the vehicle, including arranging quotations for the customer and facilitating credit applications
    • Demonstrated ability to analyse sales performance trends to project expected sales volumes

    Requirements

    • Experience in a Sales role (within a Motor Vehicle Leasing or Financial Services environment or similar preferred though not essential)
    • Proven strong sales and presentation skills and displays a high level of verbal and written communication and service skills.
    • Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic sales team environment
    • Ability to demonstrate strong people leadership skills
