Skills required for success in this role:

  • Cert II/Cert III horticulture or Parks & Gardens
  • preferred
  • ChemCERT is advantageous
  • 3+ years qualified experience commercial landscape industry
  • White card essential
  • 2+ years' experience as a team leader managing a team
  • Ability to prioritise time and the skill to running an efficient site
  • Excellent communication with clients and colleagues

  • Ability to manage a team and prioritise workload
  • An eye for detail and quality work
  • Excellent work ethic and attitude with the ability to be on the tools working
  • Focused on the task and ability to get the job done no matter the circumstances
  • Ability to train staff such as apprentices and labourers


This opportunity allows you to work on the tools and coordinate the scope of works with your team on site.
