Client Details


The client is a Japanese industrial conglomerate with a strong focus on engineering and manufacturing serving a wide range of industries including energy and manufacturing.

We are seeking a Sales Assistant with previous experience in admin and client communication.

Excellent communication skills and business-level proficiency in English are required.

Fully remote work position.


Description

The key responsibilities and duties of the role:

  • A wide range of administrative support for the Sales manager.
  • Assisting in research related to the Australian market and regulations.
  • Build and develop strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted point of contact.
  • Adhoc duties if required.
  • Accompanying client meetings can be requested.

Profile

To be successful in this position you will need:

  • Business-level proficiency in English is required.
  • Nativelevel Japanese speaking skills are highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in office support roles is desirable
e,g. Sales/Administrative Assistant, EA/PA, Translation/Interpretation, and so on.
