Description

Leadership and Strategy: Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, direct and indirect reports. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimise resource allocation and operational efficiency. Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams to align operations with organisational goals. Serve as a point of contact for Clinical Supplier/s Ops Manager, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Operational Excellence: Ensure the successful delivery of services under contractual obligations and quality standards.
Monitor workforce planning and fill rates to meet operational requirements. Proactively address operational challenges and find solutions to ensure continuous improvement.

Profile

Hold Australian Citizenship
Solid operations and relationship management skills and effective time management and resource planning abilities are essential in a healthcare setting.
General operations experience, including problemsolving skills, is crucial.
A minimum of 5 years of experience managing largescale operating environments in a healthcare setting is required.
Previous experience leading direct and indirect reports is a significant advantage, with prior experience in the Defence sector being beneficial.
