The key responsibilities and duties of the role:
- Resolve problems and provide technical assistance for staff in Japanese.
- Analysing and identifying trends in issues and presenting preventive solutions
- Utilising and reporting data to update internal database
Profile
In order to be considered for this role you will have the following key attributes, skills and strengths:
- Native level of Japanese with written and verbal skills and excellent communication skills in English
- Previous experience in the technical support and/or service desk environment
- Sufficient knowledge of current technologies
- Outstanding communication skills to explain technical information
- General understanding of Help Desk Operations
- Work permitted visa required (Post-Graduate visa acceptable)
