The key responsibilities and duties of the role:

Resolve problems and provide technical assistance for staff in Japanese.
Analysing and identifying trends in issues and presenting preventive solutions
Utilising and reporting data to update internal database

Profile

In order to be considered for this role you will have the following key attributes, skills and strengths:

Native level of Japanese with written and verbal skills and excellent communication skills in English
Previous experience in the technical support and/or service desk environment
Sufficient knowledge of current technologies
Outstanding communication skills to explain technical information
General understanding of Help Desk Operations
Work permitted visa required (Post-Graduate visa acceptable)
